Industrial tanks are fixed LPG storage tanks used in cylinder filling facilities or for large-scale fuel consumption needs. They are designed to meet the fuel demands of high-consumption facilities or supply large volumes of propane-butane to cylinder filling stations in a specific region.

Industrial storage tanks are manufactured in different models depending on whether they are installed aboveground or underground.

Standard production complies with EN 12542, EN 13445, and the PED (Pressure Equipment Directive).Upon customer request, tanks can be designed and manufactured according to AD2000 Merkblätter, ASME Division II, or other international standards.All manufacturing and testing processes are carried out under the supervision of TÜV, an independent inspection and certification body.
Optional
- DOĞUMAK domestic LPG tanks are designed and manufactured in accordance with PED 97/23/EC, ensuring full compliance with EU safety directives.
- Optional manufacturing under ASME Div. II is also available.
- Tanks are made from P355 quality pressure vessel carbon steel in accordance with EN 10028-3.
- All welded joints are tested in compliance with applicable manufacturing standards.
- After production, each tank undergoes a hydrostatic pressure test, followed by leak testing of all accessory connections.
- External tank surfaces are cleaned using the SA 2.5 standard grit-blasting method.
- Painting system includes:
- One coat of shop primer
- At least two coats of epoxy primer
- Two coats of acrylic topcoat (Cabin Paint Application)
- The coating system is selected based on whether the tank is intended for aboveground or underground use.
