Cylindrical design in accordance with EN 12493
Made from high-strength, imported, special “P” series pressure vessel steel in accordance with EN 10028-3
One external dished end at both the front and rear
Bolt-connected baffles inside the tank as per EN 12493 standard
Welded manufacturing approved under ISO 3834
Plates rolled in the direction of grain and welded with robotic technology
V-type brackets at chassis joints welded with pad reinforcements for increased strength and bolted to chassis
A drainage outlet on the horizontal axis (right or left) allows full drainage of the tank in case of overturning

Filling/Discharge Line: Filling and discharge performed via ball valves inside a piping cabinet
Filling/Discharge Valves: 2” ball valves for both gas and liquid lines located in the cabinet
Bottom Valves: Hydraulic valves bolted to nozzles welded on the tank bottom as per EN 12493
Manhole: One 16” manhole on the rear dished end, bolted to a flange welded to the tank as per EN 12493
Level Gauge: Fixed level indicator placed in accordance with EN 12493 pressure calculations
Pressure Gauge: Glycerin-filled manometer indicating internal tank pressure
Thermometer: Displays internal tank temperature
Rotagauge Rotary Level Indicator: Indicates LPG level inside the tank
Safety Valves: Two safety valves on top of the tank, enclosed in a protection dome for impact resistance

Half chassis design, “I” cross-section, manufactured with robotic welding, strengthened by cross-members
Flexible against torsion and bending, bolted body bracket connections
Constructed by certified welders using synergic welding machines, complying with ISO 3834

King-Pin: 2” or 3.5”, bottom detachable, component type approved according to 94/20/EC directive
Landing Legs: Dual-speed mechanical trailer support legs, 25-ton dynamic, 50-ton static capacity
Axles: Air suspension axles with disc/drum brakes, each with 9-ton capacity
